In the meantime, the Business Plan will serve as a comprehensive road-map for how you plan to execute the business, from identifying the target market, to developing the go-to-market strategy to penetrate that market, to quantifying the resources needed to achieve success.
• Building a comprehensive Financial Model for your company, including multi-year projections. Like our Business Plans, our Financial Models are generally built with capital raising in mind, so they are robust enough to withstand the scrutiny of professional investors.
• Analyzing your existing business plan (whether formal or not) and assisting with refining that plan both to enhance operational success and to enhance the viability of the plan when presented to investors, lenders and other audiences.  A key element to our analysis is assessing the “internal consistency” of the plan, helping you to identify and address variables and challenges that may not have been considered in the original plan.
